These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manu platform, including meetmanu.com and manubusinesslending.com. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
01_ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using our websites and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
02_SERVICES_OVERVIEW
Manu Platform
A digital manufacturing ecosystem including a product catalog, manufacturer directory, and communication tools for connecting buyers and suppliers.
Manu Business Lending
A lending affiliate and commerce affiliate service. As a lending affiliate, we provide access to a network of qualified third-party lenders. As a commerce affiliate, we earn commissions on product and service referrals. All products are provided by third parties. We do not originate loans or fulfill products directly.
FINANCIAL & AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Manu Business Lending (manubusinesslending.com) operates as both a lending affiliate and a commerce affiliate.
As a lending affiliate, we provide access to a network of qualified third-party lenders. All credit decisions, loan terms, and approvals are determined solely by the lenders in our network.
As a commerce affiliate, we earn commissions on qualified product and service referrals. All products and services are provided by independent third-party sellers and manufacturers — we do not manufacture, sell, or fulfill products directly.
- We do not directly lend money or extend credit.
- We are not a bank, credit union, or financial institution.
- As a lending affiliate, we provide access to a network of third-party lenders.
- As a commerce affiliate, we earn commissions on qualified referrals to third-party providers.
- All credit decisions and loan terms are determined solely by the lenders.
Compensation received through our lending affiliate and commerce affiliate arrangements does not influence the terms offered to borrowers by our lending partners.
03_USER_ACCOUNTS
Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
Manufacturer Accounts
Manufacturers wishing to list on our platform must undergo a verification process. We reserve the right to approve or reject any manufacturer application at our sole discretion. Product listings must be accurate and comply with all applicable laws.
04_LENDING_DISCLAIMER
All lending products and services are offered by third-party lenders, not by Manu. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific loan terms.
Any loan offer you receive is subject to the lender's independent underwriting criteria. Interest rates, fees, and terms are determined solely by the lender and may vary based on your creditworthiness and other factors.
Manu is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided by third-party lenders, nor for any actions or inactions of such lenders.
05_PROHIBITED_USES
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Harass, threaten, demean, embarrass, or otherwise harm any other user of the services.
- Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third party intellectual property right.
- Interfere with security-related features of the services, including by accessing content not intended for you.
06_LEGAL_DISCLAIMERS
"As Is" Service
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Manu be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the services.
07_GOVERNING_LAW
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Manu agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Texas for the resolution of any disputes.
